AIA Takaful International Bhd. (ATIB) is a wholly owned subsidiary of AIA Bhd. which has been granted Malaysia’s first International Takaful (Islamic insurance) Operator (ITO) license, thus enabling the company to carry out composite (family and general) takaful and re-takaful business in international currencies.
ATIB is one of the few players in Malaysia offering takaful solutions in international currencies and is well positioned to benefit from the steady growth of the global and domestic Islamic finance sector.
ATIB is strategically positioned to leverage on the established business practice and infrastructure of AIA Bhd. where customers and their needs are constantly prioritised.
